Error Code Guide

Use the following table to determine the meaning of an error code and assist in

correcting minor problems with the sterilizer.

sterilizer is not level level the sterilizer.

input voltage is too low. have a qualified electrician

Problem Possible Cause Solution

Error Code 1

(power interruption to

sterilizer)

unit powered up for first

time.

press ON / STANDBY

button and then continue

normal operation.

power was interrupted by

power outage.

overheat switch was

activated.

allow sterilizer to cool

completely. Restart

sterilizer. If unit has errors

again, unplug unit and

(ON / STANDBY button

pushed during cycle)

(door ajar during cycle)

Door was opened during

cycle.

door switch not functioning

properly.

allow sterilizer to cool

completely. Restart
